The Art Of Not Forcing

Lying here in my room, fairy lights on,can’t help but think about how life sometimes works in reverse. Jaise, the more you try to control or force things, the more they slip away. And the moment you just chill....even for a bit...things start moving on their own, like God fixing the pieces when you’re not looking.

Like learning to be alone without feeling lonely. There was a time when silence felt heavy, jaise har corner of my world had to be full of someone else, someone else’s attention or approval. But now? Just sitting with myself, sipping chai, thinking, praying thoda… it’s enough. God’s timing makes these moments calm, jaise He’s quietly saying, “Bas thoda ruk ja, sab theek hai.”

Things start showing up on their own. You stop needing, and somehow, you receive. You stop controlling, and somehow, it flows. You stop forcing, and somehow, it happens. Life becomes this gentle rhythm when you trust Him, when you let go of the panic and just let God handle the rest.

It’s not perfect. Kabhi kabhi my mind spirals, kabhi impatient feel hota hai. But then there are these tiny reminders...like a text, a laugh, a random smile, ya even a quiet morning cup of chai....that just  feel like little gifts from above. Soft nudges whispering, “See? I’ve got this. You just be.”

Life has been filled with overthinking, caring too much, trying too hard… but lying here, with fairy lights, praying araamse, sipping chai, I feel it. Stop squeezing. Stop forcing. Stop scripting everything. Let it drift. Let it land. Let it happen. Trust God.

And somehow, in that trust, it all feels enough. Enough for now.Enough to exist. Enough to know that even when I don’t have the answers, He does.
